Frequently Asked Questions
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driving licence (UAE or international), a valid Emirates ID or passport, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. Visitors may also need their visa.
How do I make a booking?

Is there a minimum rental period?
Our standard minimum rental period is one (1) day. For longer-term rentals, we offer competitive weekly and monthly rates.
Can I pick up the car from Dubai?
Yes. We serve both Sharjah and Dubai. Please discuss your preferred pick-up location with our team when making your booking, and we’ll confirm arrangements.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category. It is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition, with no outstanding fines or charges.
Can someone else drive the rented car?
Additional drivers must be declared at the time of booking and must meet the same eligibility requirements. Undeclared drivers are not covered under our insurance policy.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns are subject to additional daily charges at the standard rate. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I cancel my booking?
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up are eligible for a full deposit refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
